32's with auto?

Has anyone ran 32's with a 4.30 auto matched with the 22re?
I have a 85 4runner with an auto. (It sucks... but hey its an 85 )
Im looking to run 32's. Is it really as bad as everyone says it is?

Buddy of mine runs 35's with a 22re auto. Seems to be fine with him, he DDs it.

The later model factory 31" tire trucks/4Runners had 4.88 gears for the automatics.

Yes, whatever the years were, I know '91 and '92 4Runners had a 31" tire option. They are easy to spot with the swing out tire carrier. Not sure the full range of years that option was available, but the 31" tires came with 4.56 gears for the 5-speed and 4.88 with the automatics.

Are you able to reach highway speeds easily?
Would you recomend me to regear with 32's?

I could get to freeway speeds (and higher - 85mph) pretty easily. And that was an engine that was getting ready to give out.
