Check the engine and turbo out well.. They're expensive to repair if they don't work right.
harpen is right, you'll need a high pressure EFI pump. You can use an inline pump if you want.
Wiring the ECU is the "hard" part. Ping me if you have questions... I've got most of the diagrams for the 22rte ecu if needed.
You could also wire it into a stand alone, but the stand alones I use are about $500, so it might blow your budget...
