22r crank size

Okay so I am rebuilding a motor and I'm trying to find what size bearings I have or if I could just measure the crank journals with a dial caliper. Does any one know what the stock size of the crank journals are?

The bearings have a sign like (lh) and say H30S
0170A

Please help

Not going to grind the crank and match the bearings accordingly?

well its just getting a basic rebuild and the bearings in it still had easily had under 50k on them I am fairly sure the motor has be gone through before be I just wanted to be sure. Plus the crank is in perfect condition not even the slightest scratch.

Plasigauge won't tell you if you have an out of round oblonged journals. I highly suggest you have a machine shop look at both the crank and the block.

Why are you tearing apart the motor after only 50k?

Well the motor was a junkyard motor and I wanted to tear it apart to be sure it was good. Also I took dial calipers to it all the way around each journal and the measurement didn't change.

I found the measurements of the standard journals and I was with in thousands of the standard

Never mind I measured bearing thickness, journals, bore and they're all STD and all with in round. Now I just need a speedy sleeve on the rear end of the crank
