should be 15". if you look at your tire sidewall, you can tell for sure by the tire size. it will say something like 235/75r15 or 31x10.5r15. that 'r15' means it's a radial and fits a 15" wheel, or 16" if that's what you have.

I have two in good condition from my 1994 Toyota Xtra Cab SR5 V6.
How about $25, including shipping and paypal fees. (Shipping is about $8.67 and paypal fees are 2.9% + 30 cents = $1.03).
