I use a Hobart Handler 187 for all my work and it does great. I am using a 75/25 bottle and .030 solid core wire though. Flux core wire sucks.

If you meant a welder with 230 amp output that should handle any of your projects that might come your way.
Depending on what process you might use and your prep work and joint design is good |

You mean if you buy a welder it does not make you a welder.
I suggest to any one who wants a welder to learn to weld first then weld with as many different types as possible. So you know what they feel like working correct and tell the good from bad.

yea i know that i been welding for about 2 or 3 years all ready i just never had the money to buy one
