Check out this tubing bender

85 4runner 22re, 170K, clean and straight. Still working through 20 years of scheduled maint. Future plans, engbldr street RV head, cam and OS valves, engbldr over haul kit, Marlin Crawler trany rebuild kit, T-case rebuild, 2" lift, interior, repaint. Currently 20mpg, Sound great, using 1qt of oil every two days. |

yeah lots of people use this bender you can make it hydraulic or air powered easy too.. dies are the expensive part.. sometimes its cheaper to buy when you factor in your time

I think the JD2 is the way to go. It's cheaper too and not too hard to set it up with a hydraulic ram.

Nice bender, looks like if you want to go up to 2" tube you will need go to the model 32. That with the pump and hoses bring you up to almost $1800.00 before dies. Thats a bit cheaper than the pro4 will come in at. May have to look into it some more. Thanks

Well I plan on only have 2 dies I think, 1.75 and 1.5. There is a deal at KMS for the bender w/ degree ring for $299.99 and dies are......... not sure I think $149.99? Plus I am a trades student and I get a little discount too. I gotta wait until I start getting some shifts though.
