Check out this tubing bender

http://www.pro-tools.com/pro3.htm

This bender looks like a good deal on a good tool at a fair price.

The site even offers free plans to build your own bender that uses their dies. I called and they emailed the plans to me really quick.

The plans have the part numbers and costs of items that you do not think you could build your self.

If I decide to build one myself, and at the cost of aluminum, I will probably order a few things for the bender, and make the rest.

Their site also has a beginers guide to bending, and how to get you started quickly.

Really seam like a good company.

I think the JD2 is the way to go. It's cheaper too and not too hard to set it up with a hydraulic ram.

Nice bender, looks like if you want to go up to 2" tube you will need go to the model 32. That with the pump and hoses bring you up to almost $1800.00 before dies. Thats a bit cheaper than the pro4 will come in at. May have to look into it some more. Thanks

Well I plan on only have 2 dies I think, 1.75 and 1.5. There is a deal at KMS for the bender w/ degree ring for $299.99 and dies are......... not sure I think $149.99? Plus I am a trades student and I get a little discount too. I gotta wait until I start getting some shifts though.
