I think i like the full length door panels better. This design was a collaboration with a customer, the center will have a navy crossing cannons design with 9mm shell casing inset and spaced symmetrically around the outside of the circle (his idea).

These were the first door panels i did, you can see the two deadend lines in the middle , they were suposed to make 90* turns and meet in the middle (like on the original panels, but my old machine was too small to finish the design)

Hello to the new! This new Baileigh machine has a 36" throat compared to the old ones being 18" It larger size make doing door panels a dream compared to the old machine. Also this new machine has a variable speed foot pedal/forward and reverse, and the motor is practically silent, i love thjs thi g!

Im finding the limitations of my beadroller doing the door panels. I couldn't finish the center design because my beadroller doesnt have a large enough opening to make the turn in the middle off the door panel. I need to upgrade soon!
