I have a pair of Sonoran Steel shackle hangers with shackles for sale. I bought them from a member on here, and never installed them. The shackles are brand new from McMaster Carr, the highest working load limit ones they sell in the size. Hangers are in fine shape, some of the paint is peeling is all. I can get pics to you no problem. They will fit:
1996-2002 Toyota 4Runners, Stock Front Bumper & Stock Rear Bumper (no trailer hitch)
1999-2002 Toyota 4Runners, With front TJM T-15 or T-17 Bumper
1998-2000 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 & PreRunner Trucks, Front Only
2001-2004 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 & PreRunner Trucks, Front Only

Alright, just the shackle hangers are for sale now. I will take $75 shipped obo. These are $150 new and give your rig super stout recovery points on the front end. Not to mention they look cool too.
