95 4runner coil spring spacer 1 1/4" or 2 1/2"

I'm sort of new to this, but I definatley caught the bug. I have a 95 4runner,4x4, stock 31" tires, with an auto tranny. I want to get rid of the sag it has in the back. I don't really want to lift it just yet, but I would really like to level it out. I do a lot more highway travel, so i want to keep the gas mileage reasonable. I went to 4wheelparts and they have a 1 1/4" and a 2 1/2" coil spring spacer. I would like to use the 1 1/4 because its cheaper, but if it still has a little sag, then what's the point. I'm afraid that the 2 1/2 may be too much, and it would give it the hot rod look, which im kind of trying to avoid. If anyone has this truck, i just want to know what will level it out without adding anything in the front. I wouldnt mind adjusting the torsion bars a little bit, but i'm still really trying to keep it at the stock lift for now. Also, whenever I throw a little bit of weight in the back, its practically dragging on the ground, but i figure every 2nd gen. 4runner is like this. I also want any suggestions on HD shocks. Thanks for all your help. ED

measure the distance from the top of the rim to the bottom of the fender on the front and back and find the difference. If you jack the back up to high the just crank up the t-bars in the front to level it out.
