Help me find my OBD-II port 1999 4rnr

Ihave a CEL and want to diagnose the code. I have the reader. For the life of me, I can't find the port under the steering wheel. Someone point it out to me, please.

it should be on the rightside underneath the dash. next to the the center console

Look right above your right shin just underneath the dash.
