Torque Specs on Shocks?

Torque Specs on Shocks?
Could anyone help me out with what are torque specs for putting on new Bilstein Shocks?

I don't know that I've ever heard of a torque spec for shocks, what year vehicle are they on? I can look them up on the shops computer for you if you want.
If it were mine I'd say German torque them. Foochenticht.

Torque specs......
These are for a '98 4Runner SR5 4WD, probably wouldn't be different for other models. We have manuals for pretty much everything on our computers(Mitchell On Demand and All Data) and I can look up lots of stuff, vacuum, electrical diagrams, torque specs, blah blah blah.
Front lower bolt 99 ft. lbs (no clue why this one is so tight)
Front upper mounting nuts 47 ft. lbs
Suspension support center nut 18 ft. lbs
Back lower nut and bolt mounting 47 ft. lbs
Back upper mounting nut 15 ft lbs.
