How did you mount your lights and how do you have the wires routed?

Looking nice lee! Just a thought...have you considered mounting it lower to the roof? (less wind drag, slightly better MPG, and better COG)

'Norcalvp' made some custom washers or brackets and was able to mount his 1" or closer to the roof while still using the factory roof rack. If your interested, I'm sure he wouldn't mind explaining how he did it.

I don't have any close up pics but you can still kinda see how low it is...

i do want it to be lower, but was considering having a friend fab up smaller brackets...

Are those an easy on,easy off proposition or is that too much of a PITA?

I have a Load Warrior and it goes on and off in about 10 minutes which I like since I only use my rack when needed.

looks good... just remember to say goodbye to 1-2 MPG on the highway when it's up there.

VERY easy. its 8 screws to take it off.

the hardest part of mounting it is making it straight and even. right now, i have to move the crossbar thats in back a little more left to make them even, but im just dealing with it now. the rack however is on as straight as i can get it.
