Rear seat covers that cover the BACKs?

Rear seat covers that cover the BACKs?
I've searched all of the seat cover articles, but I can't seem to confirm (either by description or picture) whether or not the available seat covers for my 86 4 runner will cover the back-side (cargo facing) of the rear seats.
I'm putting in new rear seats from the scrap yard, but the backs are exposed where the cargo vinyl used to cover. The cargo vinyl already in my truck is trimmed at the seats, so it won't cover them up.
Alternately, where's a good place to find similar (blue, cushioned) vinyl and what's a good glue to make it stick to the bed and the seat-backs?
