Hilux LSD diff installed now vibration

I got a Hilux LSD diff for my 90 4runner with 4.88's. We installed it now I have a vibration up until around 25 mph its not as bad with the clutch pressed in coasting. & gets worse when I accelerate harder in the mph range.
Everything is tight I flipped the driveshaft 180* & no change. The diff has fluid we checked it today.
I have searched & have not found a problem like mine with a solution. Other then the diff having a prob is ther anything else that I could check?
Thanks for any ideas :pat:

tires are the same size on both sides? Did you use the LSD oil package? Does it have a bent pinion?

You could remove the rear DS and drive it in 4X4 see if the vibe goes away.

I spun the pinion around before we put it in & it was fine. I put Lucas 90w & added one tube of LSD additive when I filled it up.
I have not taken the driveshaft out & driven it but I will in a few mins to see if that does anything. I am going to spin the shaft on the splins on the transfere case to see if that helps.
& yes the tires are the same on both sides.

Might try it in all four rotated bolt patterns and see which one is best or the least vibration.
