i want to get some ideas for a summer project of building sliders/over the wheel that connects to the bumpers protection.

ive seen a few pics of older trucks but id like some more ideas specifically for tacomas.

Dfox, have you checked out TTORA.com? It's mostly Tacos and you're probably gonna get a grip more ideas and info directly related to Tacomas. There's some really sick rigs over there. The forum isn't as ahhh, shall we say, newbie friendly as YT, but there's a grip of info over there. I've learned quite a bit of Taco-specific info over there. Check 'em out.

get a tube bender and/ or notcher, some extra DOM tubing, a tape measure and some paper= sliders over the fenders

ttora & pirate are your best bets for the pics youre looking for. bigcountrycustoms.com also has a 3rd gen runner (i know..not a taco but the setup is what youre lookin for) front has an ARB and rear is custom with tire carrier. all tied together w/ sliders in between...
