New scratches need to be rubbed out...which Porter cable?

I want to get an orbital polisher. I recall a while back all the discussions of porter cables models 7336 and 7424. I think I am ready to get one and a claybar to make my rig shine. I have some new scratches I want to buff out as well and I think that the PC is the right tool for the job. Would I be fine with either model or is one better for things than the other?

If you were going to buy new stuff to clean your rig what would you make sure to get? Claybar, wax pad...? Thanks

I know people on this board have these. They look to have the same specs that is what is confusing me.
