91 4unner rear speaker replacement

I need to know how to take out the rear speakers. I replaced the front speakers with 4" Pioneer speakers without problem.

I can't find the screws to remove the rear panel to get to the rear speakers...

Also, I don't know what size they are, but I can find that out when I get the panel off. Thanks, Eric.

They're 5.25's - there's a post not too long ago about 2nd gen speakers and how to get the rear panels out (I haven't done it)

check all along the bottom along the rear doors and at the seatbelt......you also just have the plastic holder things at some points.....then the whole rear quarter panel comes off....I'll look at mine in the morning and give you a better idea. I took mine off and just kept them off...

just get your hand behind the panel by the rear window and there is just a few panel clips that pop out dont be afraid of ripping anyhting once you get a few of those out you will have to take off the seatbelt and the seatbelt clip and i think there is one or 2 screws that are easy to see from the outside other than that its a piece of cake i am posting pictures in the other fourm about 2nd generation 4runners of my experience thus far.
