Lexus ES300 Fog lights?????

Has anyone tried to retro fit those into the 3rd gen stock locations? I was thinking that if it worked it would be a little cheaper, well atleast what I have found on ebay.

If not does anyone have an older ES300 with the round yellow fog lights? I believe that it was the years 92-94.

Thanks for your help.

Anyone have a pic of the stock 99-02 fogs?

Here's the 92-95 ES300:

Yellow would be cool. I need to measure the cutout and see what inexpensive aftermarket units will fit. Then it's time to fab a bracket to secure it all.

EDIT--here's the stock 4Runner ones:

Maybe I can get him to measure the fogs for us and also find out what year he got them from. I'm sure that we could maybe use the 4runner brackets with the ES lights

Are the ES300 ones more powerful?
Will you need to upgrade the harness to handle the increased power needs?

I just changed my 2002 bulbs to yellow Nokya bulbs and love them.

How much are we talking for a set of the ES300 fogs? I bought my fogs from PP for about $150 for the set and they bolted up just like OEM. Much better than the stealership price of $400.

Cool

I got the whole '93 ES 300.

The ES ones have a nice wide angle. Plan on liking yellow if you get them. They use a yellow tinted piece of glass in the projector - so buy the brightest, whitest bulb you can find to come out with the most yellow & brightest light.

You can get them used for $100-150.

Try ebay & TAPRecycling.net. They always have a good half dozen 92-94 ES 300's on their lot.

Cool

No, but in the next few weeks (As soon as a jerk on ebay ships mine more than a month late!) I'm installing a new intercooler. I'll have to rip the entire front off to do that. I'll measure then for ya.

How much did you have to modify the factory holes to make the ES lights fit? Thank you for posting the pictures, also how hard was it to mount them?

Well I won a set of these fog lights on ebay last night, I'm now in the process of finding the OEM Limited switch. Does anyone happen to have a part number for it. Every Toyota dealership that I call ask for the Vin number, which I don't have.

Also the relay that is needed can I buy it at Autozone or does it have to be Toyota?
