make a new flash file (.fla) and import all the separate .swfs and just put them on the timeline in order...should work the way you want. then you can export one .swf that is a compilation of all the others.

if that doesnt work the way you need it to, you may have to copy all the frames from each individual .fla into your compilation .fla and export a compilation .swf

...

ok i just reread your question. are you wanting to know how to combine all the .swf 's or how to put them into Imovie or Final Cut Pro? because if you need to, you can export from flash as .avi files (not interactive though) and import them into your movie editing programs.

hopefully one of my responses applies...

you may not need to. if you have 5 swf 's you're trying to make your movie from, just go to export settings and select .avi, and then you'll have the 5 .avi files to import into Imovie (or whatever program you use).
