Does anyone know if a clutch (new, in the box Centerforce stage 2) purchased for an 89 4runner will work in an 85?

When I swap in my new shortblock I want to put in a new clutch and a club member has generously offered me this one for nothing. He bought it for his 89 but went with an LC Engineering flywheel and clutch that was over sized.

it should fit the used they same size till 92 when it went to a bigger size
