Hello, no questions just introducing myself.

Hey everyone! I've been a member of T4R.org for some time and I decided to join you guys. Most of the people on that site have new 4 runners and there are not a lot of older generation owners on there. I like to get down to the nitty gritty so it seems like this is a better place for me.

My ride: 93 v6, 197,000 miles, black: a lot of it is stock except for valve covers, bilstein shocks, and recently done major tune up. Bearings in the crank shaft were also recently replaced and now I'm coming into transmission problems. So I'll deal with that before any more additions.

My bf ride: 96 Tacoma, 260,000 miles, white: He beats his up but it still looks great is is still going strong with no engine problems ever, even with all those miles. Gotta love the toyotas.

New Also..welcome..These people are awesome!!!

The WISDOM from their experiences, such open, clear & generous insight with endless patience when were really stuck makes this site a COOL survival tool. I don't even have a 4x4. I'm on my 3rd Toyota - RV. I felt instantly at home and I know you will also. ENJOY!!!

Welcome! The people here are really awesome! Hope you have some mod money saved.

Just out of curiosity, what have you done to the valve covers?

Have fun all.

Ah, ok. I thought maybe you had done something to them like paint or polish or something.
