Who makes Gas Can Mounts?

I've already seen the blitz can mounts and I'd rather find something a little nicer.

I'm looking to mount my 5 gallon(20 liter) Nato cans.

I remember seeing soemthing a while back that had a metal strap that hinged over the can and could be locked.

I'd rather not spend a ton, but something a little cooler than the blitz mount would be in order.

I tried searching but couldn't find any of the threads I came across before.

Thanks

Have you seen the "Jerry Can" write-up from rocketcityrockcrawlers? It is a very good read, and I think he mentions mounts. Check it out.

Also try www.4x4trailers.com when or if their website goes back up.
I remember they carried different Jerry can mounts.

I was hoping to find something close to that 4by4connection.com one, but with a hinged metal starp that would go over the can and allow me to lock it in.

Thanks for the input thus far.

ANyone else?

My buddy picked me up a dual holder with a locking strap from a range rover outfitter, I believe in torrance or somewhere close to that. It's best suited for use on the roof but I rememmber seeing similar things for the rear bumper. The range rover and land cruiser places seem to have a lot more to offer related to fueling and water products.

Here is someting that may work http://www.britishpacific.com/landro...jerryCans.html

I'll see if I can find some better info tonight.

Looked some more but didn't find anything.

Here is a link to whatI have (1/2 way down the page) http://www.pangaea-expeditions.com/hannibal/index.html But it is primarily for the roof and Septor tanks.

I'll be looking for something for the reat bumper in a few months so let us know what you wind up with.

Right now, I'm torn between these two. I'm leaning more towards the 2nd one(thanks RobG). Since I want to mount my license plate infront of it, I will have to have something welded on either way, but the square one woudl be more receptive to that.
