Shock length/Alignment

Double question here.

First off, I just finished restoring the front and rear suspension on my 92 excab. New parts all around, and fresh paint jobs to make everything old look new, i'll post some pictures when i get a digital camera. First question i have, i put on rockstomper's u-bolt flip kit on the rear, along with Downey 3" springs and Roger Brown's 1.5" extended shackles. I measure roughly for shock length and found the following:

For Right Rear: 21.5" shock length extended, 13.5" compressed (from eye to eye)
For Left Rear: 20.25" extended, 11.5" compressed

This means i could buy one length pair of shocks measuring 21.5" extended and 11.5" compressed. I'd like to know if these measurements are feasible and where to buy these lengths in Bilsteins (maybe i should call them to see if they even make such a shock)

Second question, can i safely get an accurate wheel alignment without shocks? Would the techs do it or turn me away?

The rear shocks should not affect the alignment. You could always run the old ones on there for the alignment if you wanted to do that prior to getting the new shocks.
