Anyone heard of a warped fan blade? It seems to wobble quite a bit. I just changed the fan clutch and it spins true, so does the water pump pulley. The only thing that I can think of is a warped fan blade.

The fan on my 93 4Runner was like that. Drove it for 6 years and never had any problems.
I think the plastic ones probably get warped from heating and cooling down. As long as there's no cracks I wouldn't worry about it.
