The Hanes repair manual covers those very well actually. All except the O2 sensor. But for that crawl under your truck and find the wires running to the top side of your exhaust right in front of your catalytic converter. Unbolt the two 12mm(?) bolts and replace. It is very simple. BTW - that Hanes repair manual is only $20 and comes in very handy.
