Some do and some don't...if it does its usually the seams where the plastic touches...get some clear silicone sealer and hit it a few times and it'll be quiet for ya.
That is a pretty good deal...I'm spoiled with my two 12's so I'm not sure the 8" would really fit my needs, lol.
