Help me clean this off!!
So there's been a lot of construction stuff going on around campus, and apparently I drove through semi-wet concrete or something and flung it up on my truck. It's not on the actual body panel, but the plastic part on front side of the rear wheel well (where they used to run into the running boards). Really coarse and hard, can't really scrape it off, can't soften it up. What should I do?
Similarly, my truck was parked under a tree the other day and I've got little dots of what I can only call sap. It's not exactly, but it's sticky and won't just rub off. Any help here?

I got the sap and bug carcass off my rig using a pressure washer.
As for the concrete stuff, do what Silver_Truck said. I just painted mine over and said, "It's Rhino Lining!"

I got overspary on my truck several years ago when EIU was repainting their stadium. Got a fat insurance check and had a guy clay bar it for a lot less than my insurance check was and my truck looked like new.
I would try that first.
