What to do about the rust attacking my 89

Alright guys, so should I:

A) Take the fiberglass stuff off and wait around for a new donor vehicle.

B) Part off the truck.

C) Drive it like I stole it till it's completely rusted out.

D) Keep trying to fight the rust into the hundreds of dollars and hours.

The truck is in GREAT shape inside and the motor runs better than a lot of 3.slows Ive ridden in. It does have a small leak somewhere but there is so much gunk all over the engine bay I cant narrow it down yet. I need to do a little work on the front end, but mostly my troubles are just rust. The sills on both doors are rusting and have had some crappy bondo work done. The frame has some surface rust but is in good shape except at the body mounts. There is some significant rust on the body mounts of the truck bed. I wonder how a rust converter would work on these. There is a LOT of rust at the rear fenders on the supports, under the fiberglass stuff.

I bought this truck for 1200 bucks and I like it, and would like to keep at it but I wonder if it is a worthless fight. Anyone else have any experience with the rust converters??
