not yet. i should have some OEM front coils from a fzj-80 here next week. they fit in the rear, and give ~3" of lift.

tundra has leafs.

sequoia has the same diameter coils as the rear of an FZJ-80 if i recall correctly.

the front coils of an FZJ-80 are the same diameter as the rear coils of a 3rd gen runner.

wasn't it "assumed" or possibly confirmed that FZJ-80 rear coils would give a 3rd gen 5" or so inches of lift? wouldn't the Sequoia coils do the same?

Ok so the front coils off a FZJ80 give you 3". Do we know if the rear coils would do anything? or are they too big?

they are too big for 3rd gen, but they lift the rear of a 2nd gen

front FZJ80 coils are the same diameter as 3rd gen rear coils.

rear FZJ80 coils are the same diameter as 2nd gen rear coils.

Sequoia coils are closer in dia to the FZJ80 rear coils, not the fronts.

I haven't done anything yet cause I'm broke, but alo because I wonder that if i get new coils/spacers/whatever... I'll for sure need the panhard drop bar this time....

i have some OME n91s struts on order from ARB. they'll be here later this week.

up front i'll have tundra trd coils, ome n91s struts, extended studs from wheelers, then two top spacers. total lift will be 2.5"

in the rear i'll have the 1992 FJ80 front coils for a total of about 3" of lift since these are nice and "broken in" with a ton of miles on them. i'll run w/o the conical bumpstop more than likely to try to keep it level and my existing ome n86 rear shocks.

i'll add a panhard drop bracket... finally!

andy
