Hey everybody,
after wrestling with the cone washers the other day I was lucky to be able to use a friend's drift to smack the washers out without hurting the hub body. Now, I would like to know where I can find a brass bar because I know it will be very useful sometime down the road. I've checked out: Schucks, B&B Auto, Napa, Home Depot, and a plumbing store to no avail. Any suggestions?

I bought mine from Harbor Freight for $7.99. I actually went to their local store here, but you can order online.

Got my set from Harbor Freight too.

 

Brass stock at Farm and Barn, or local hardware place.

Universal fit, many sizes available, you can even make them for your friends.
