Which roller fairlead fits an ARB winch bumper?
I know the Superwinch one doesn't fit because I bought one on ebay the other day.
I have read that you have to redrill the mounting plate but that isn't the problem. The spacing on the vertical rollers is the problem. The rollers on the Superwinch are too close together (1/4") to fit the hole pattern in the bracket that is welded into the ARB bumper above the winch cable opening.
Also, it doesn't appear that there is enough clearance to mount the roller through this bracket and get the snap ring back on the top of the roller shaft.
Which roller fairlead fits? Model # if you got it would be great so I don't get stuck with another that doesn't fit. Got any close up pics of how the vertical rollers are mounted in the bracket????
I alos have a steel Hawse but the Warn M8000 winch is brand new and I'm not ready to switch over to the UHMW cable yet so hold those comments for now.
Thanks

I have a Warn roller fairlead and cover that I used to use with my Warn winch:

Mounting holes are 10" on center. Since I swapped to UHMW rope, I no longer use the rollers. Would sell the fairlead for $40, cover for $20 additional.

Stock Warn roller fairlead works with my Warn XD9000, same config as the M8000.
Fits the ARB bumper like a glove.
Try www.central4wd.com and see if they have it listed there, as my setup came from my local store.

Roger,
I'm not sure that I could use the cover with the ARB bumper because the vertical rollers mount through the bumper itself (at least I think they do, I'm still trying to figure that part out). I'm definately interested in the fairlead.
What is the center to center spacing on the vertical rollers? It needs to be 8-3/4" to fit into the holes in the bracket on the ARB bumper and the steel is 5/32" thick so the roller pin needs to extend above the fairlead a decent amount to stick up through the bumper.
Corey thanks for the pic, I still need to get a close up of how the roller pin is attached above the bumper. In Roger's pic of the fairlead, it doesn't look like the roller pin is long enough.
Edit: Did the ARB bumper come with bolts that are used as replacements for the vertical fairlead pins?? I'll have to check the supply of bolts I have left over when I get home.

Corey,
Does your roller fairlead look like the one pictured above?? Did you have to buy longer pins as Roger mentioned to mount your vertical rollers through the ARB bumper bracket that is above the winch cable opening or do the pins extend just far enough above the bracket so the c-clip fits above the bumper (or are the c-clips below the bracket, if that was the case why even put the bracket on the bumper
)? Looking at the photo of the fairlead and considering the ARB bumper design, the main body of the fairlead must be in contact with the underside of the ARB bumper bracket, correct???? Help me here, I don't want to spend money on another part that doesn't fit.
