no power after rebuild, timing?

hey all.
i got the motor running. the starter problem was a misconnected ground wire

so i start it and i have a very rough idle (low). and absolutely NO pick up until i reach the last 500 or so rpm of my range for that gear.

i have not timed it perfectly yet and there may be some vaccuum hose misroutes. (does anyone have a vaccuum diagram for a 22r-e?)
so is that timing or should i be looking at fuel or something?

yes it was the timing, we just loosened the distributer and turned it a but and the idle moved up with it. crazy. i test drove it and it was instantly better. my truck runs 100 times better now that it did before the rebuild and with alot more power to. but i guess that is to be expected. just 2 really small leaks to find and take care of and the truck is good for another 10 years!

thanks to everyone who helped me out with this thing,
