thats not bad at all. i was quoted around 800 for all of that. drive belts, front seals, water pump, timing belt. I wouldnt even consider doing my own timing belt, if i screw up its gonna cost me a prettty penny

 

i did it...its all about taking your time and having the right tools and following the instructions. took me about 4 hours with a friend and id say an hour was spent waiting on the last of the cover gaskets to get to me.

 

Go for it, if you've got some mechanical ability and can read instructions it's not too hard. Search around here and you should find some threads or a write up on it. I've done mine twice, first time was most of the day, second time was about 3 hours.
