2nd Gen 4Runner MoonRoof on Ebay

Looks like a pretty sweet deal for anyone that wanted to add one to their non-equipped runner. I'd get it but $$$ just isn't there i sent him a question asking if all the internal trim pieces for the roof-liner and controls come with it, but didn't get a response, i would think that the do though?

Just went for $12.50
I bid on it, but then saw that he wouldn't ship to Canada.
Glad I got beat by .50

yea, international shipping is ridiculous.. just ship it close to the border and pick it up.. lol (only an hour drive for me)

that $50 would of turned into $200 shipping costs.

the amount of body work that would be involved is outrageous. The stock had folded and curved roof metal to accomodate the glass roof. You would have to basically go cut the roof off another one to get it to fit properly. Way to much work. Get a manual opening one if you really want one.

Thanks!
I had no idea of the amount of metal bashing needed. I figured I'd just get the hole cut and adjust to suit.

The edges of the whole are rolled down to form a lip for the glass to fit into. I had one in the rolled parts truck that i had but it woulda been a real pain to retrofit.
