Body Lift is done and 33's are on...Thanks go to Roger @ 4Crawler

First of all I'd like to send a big thank you to Roger @ 4Crawler Offroad for the speedy shipment to me while in a jam trying to get ready to go to Paragon for 4 days of wheeling. After a month of setbacks, scheduling screw ups and issues with the US Boarder dudes my body lift is in and 33x12.50 TrXus are on. We leave for Paragon on Thursday morning, it's going to be a fabulous time.

There's 5 members of our club, 7-8 of the local Jeep club and a few others from various other clubs all going. I'll be lucky if I get off the green's, I don't plan on banging the body up on this truck. I'm heading down to be the photo guy, 2 video camera's and a 6 meg SLR and 4 meg standard digital, I'll be the guy walking the high blue's/low black's. It's going to be good regardless whether I drive them or walk them, Paragon rocks!

Rare? Really? I never knew that, was the Medalist limited production or something? I got it at a steal of a deal 'cause of the damage to the drivers rear and the little bits of rust it has in the usual places.
In the 2nd picture you may notice that the rear wheel is pulled to the passangers side a weeeee bit. The 1st attempt at jacking the truck for the pic resulted in it coming off the jack and the axle stand I had placed under the axle missed and landed right on the track bar which promptly became a V (inverted) shape. LoL Thankfully my buddy owns an alignment shop and managed to straighten the track bar then put it up on the rack to make sure the alignment was still semi straight. HeHeHe It drives and seems to track fine, so no harm, no foul.
As for the 32's, I think I will be keeping them for winter use, or if I can't get these 33's balanced better I may be swapping back and forth from a daily driver set of tires (the 32's) and the 33's for trail rides.

Yes they are a very decent tire. I ran them on my Jeep for a year and loved them, it was a no brainer to move them over to the Toy.

Nice looking 4Runner. I think what is rare is the color matched factory flares. That seems to have been a non-North America option. Seen them on European/Aussie Surfs only.

Rust.....in Texas? I didn't know stuff rusted down there like up here. With the amount of salt put on the roads in the winter new vehicles start rusting in around 3-4 years up here if not kept clean and maintained.

No rust in Dallas.........your right, but I lived in Pa. and Wv. for almost 20 years and the old Rustrunner spent the first 14 years of her life there. I know what you mean about the salt........it sucks! Hope to get the rest of the rust repaired soon and in this climate it should last a long time. Have fun at Paragon. It's a great park. Sliders wouild be a big help there. Glad I got mine on, it made a big difference.........less body damage now. The trails down here are tight and they have already paid for themselves. Post some picture of your trip when you get back.

Guess I should get sliders sooner rather then later. We will be going back to Paragon in the fall, I'll make sure they are on for that trip, hope to have a locker by then too. What are the chances of Harry's U Pull It having an electric locker from a '95? Hmmmmm
