Rear tailgate window motor...

Does anyone know whre i can retrieve or purchase a rear tailgate motor.part number:8571035050 as thet teeth on mine are now worn thus having difficulty getting the window back up.have looked on the www but really dont wish to fork the USD206.00 plus shipping to the UK.i am also in need of the two metal runners which are clamped to the bottom of the window and where the regulator clips in to push the window up and down as mine are rusted throughout, does anyone know the part numbers for these items...

Thanks for your help

you say the teeth are worn? you mean the regulator's teeth? or the motor, you should be able to pick up the whole assembly on ebay for like $50..
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

this one says the motor isnt guaranteed to work, so as long as yours still sounds like its moving, then its probably just the regulator... as for the metal runners on the window, stealer?

Try this link for the motor:http://www.windowmotor.com/index.cfm They had a rebuilt motor for my '93 for under $100 u.s., and they may be able to help you with the metal runners you're looking for.

I have heard you can also use a power window motor for the rear window. I forget the details but it may be one side or the other that works (in case the p/w motors are different side-side). In any event, try to find one at a junkyard.
