Turn Signal and Breaking

Hi guys!! I have two issues that I'd like to see if you knew anything about..

1. Front Left turn light not working
This started not working this week. I just thought it was the bulb and so I replaced it. But that's not what's causing the problem.
The bulp is fine but no light no nothing ! Tried to trace the cable and see if there was anything wrong, but could not trace it far and found nothing wrong.

What is the most likely cause, since it's not the bulp ? All the other lights work fine.. Relay or something ? where can I find anything to check ?

2. Breaking, soft break pedal but stiff when on higher RPM

I've noticed this for a long time, and to help my breaking I often pump the pedal so I get better breaking. But I was testing the breaks and found out that they are great(better) when I run the engine on a higher rpm.. If it's idling then the pedal will go all the way down. is this normal ? simple fix ?

Thanks for any help provided !

blown fuse for the signal, perhaps? i don't recall if they share the same fuse or have separate fuses. i'm not qualified to even guess on your brakes, sorry.

I belive that they all 6 share one fuse, but the cabling splits up somewhere.. just don't know where the source for that split is, from there it would be possible to check one or two things.

I think the breaks are powered by vacume, but other than that I don't know.

I believe your brake booster is your problem for the brakes. If I remember correctly it pulls vacuum off the motor with creates more at higher RPM's. Not sure if there is a way to test it or not but it's worth a shot.
