how soon after fresh paint can I zaino ???

Having some work done and just would like to know, how soon after fresh paint I could zaino or wax my truck. I know the paint needs to cure but how long??

wait at least a couple weeks... thats what a body shop will tell you, i used to work next to a really high end bodyshop

im contemplating body work on my doors and gate, i asked the body guys and they suggested at least 6 mths for the paint to cure up before doing any kind of suface coating. im only going by what they suggested, auto paint isnt my forte.
