We're going to need more info than this. How did you diagnose the cylinders? Any work done recently? etc.

cylinders 2,4 and 6 have spark. Can it be a fuel problem?

i put a new timing belt, distributor, and the truck ran good. I drove the truck around my block and parked it because it is running straight headers and i need to save money to get the exhaust done. I went to fire it yesteray and only one side of the motor is running. I checked spark on cylinder 2,4,6 and they were good. What is my next step?

Looking at the wiring diagrams the injectors for 2, 4 & 6 have a common feed, most likely your problem is they aren't getting power. It shows a white wire coming from the computer for those 3 injectors, either 2nd or 3rd pin from one end. According to the manual there should be 9 -14 volts at that pin with the ignition on. If you've got that voltage at the pin there's probably a broken wire somewhere. If not that's may mean a dead computer.
