2wd 4runner driveshaft bolt torque specs?

2wd 4runner driveshaft bolt torque specs?
Ii did a search and only came across info for the 4wd which was 54ftlbs for the frnt and bk bolts, anyone know it for the 2wd 4cyl auto 2000 model?
Also, I know that haynes, chiltons manuals are crap. Who makes the factory toyota one, just mitchell or does helms make one too?

try toyota for the factory manual as for the bolts snug them good
