1.5" spacers VS 3" springs and shocks??

1.5" spacers VS 3" springs and shocks??
guys which one will give me more of a lift?.. currently run 1.5" spacer and bout a set of coilovers on ebay which im getting tomorrow and planning on installing them tomorrow..... but i was wondering if the height will be the same after installation???

My friend said that this is non rebuildable.. does that mean i can not replace those white shocks with new shocks??
