Help Sub/Amp power not sounding good?

hey i got a 92 Toyota Ext. Cab and im running 0 Gause power wire into 2 gauge into my amp i have a 600 Kenwood Amp and i got a 10" MTX Thunder 8000 Sub.System is bridged out.Sealed Box.It sounds decent but how can i get more poweR? it sounds ALOT louder in a 240SX than the Truck.

I think you went a bit overkill with the wiring. For an amp like that - I would run 4 gauge wire strait to it.

As for loudness, you have the room - use it. I would build a big custom ported enclosure (not hard at all). Look online for specs on building a slot ported box and build something fairly big and then mess around with tuning and settings.

First of all never mis match wire espcially that big. The only time you really can mis match wire is in distribution blocks. Somthing like 4 into 8 or 1/0 into 4 guage
