97 4-runner rear 3rd and IFS 3rd FS - 4.10 ratio
EDIT: Rear diff sold. IFS diff still available. Ebay link below.
IFS diff third member for sale. It came off my 1997 4runner. I swapped the diffs for a set of locked diffs. It has 4.10 gears and around 80,000 miles. Very good condition. The ADD shaft has been disconnected and is not included. The black mounting arm is also removed for shipping.

FYI regarding the ADD mechanism on the front diff:
The ADD shaft on the diff is easily removed, so if you are doing a front diff swap the existing ADD shaft can be used. That's what I ended up doing for my swap.

i just sold mine on ebay. i got $150 for the front that had 4.10's and 135k miles and no actuator and $250 for the rear that had open 4.10's and about 18k miles.

rear is like 76# and front is something like 88#
you can get a 7-gallon bucket from home depot to ship them in.
