3rd gen tow hook bolts, what is the thread and bolt size???

a body shop took off my bumper/grille guard and never gave back the 14 mm (head) bolts back to me, i dont know the thread and bolt size, can someone please let me know what size it is? also are they grade 8 or higher? i did manage to break off one of these while i was trying to take one off, luckily the body shop took care of it with an impact wrench.

Talking Bolts

12mm threads w/ a 17mm head Grade 8.8
Easily available at your dealer. The one that is actually used for the tow hook is about twice as long and has un anthreaded portion.

If they are 14mm head, then likely an M10-1.25 bolt. Most are Grade 8.8 which is equivalent to SAE Grade 5.
