any new info out there on 3rd gen rear bumpers?

I've been doing a lot of searching/reading this morning, and it still doesn't look like there are any stock-ish looking bumpers on the market besides Steve's.

Anyone know what's going on at Trail Carnage? How about Rockware... are they getting into the game yet? I saw the Hanson one and it is very nice... but I like the rockwares that I've seen better, especially for less than 1/2 the price.

Anyone else out there making bumpers that follow the stock lines?

Here's one that Bruce made himself.

I highly doubt he'll make another one for anyone let alone for himself again but I know he has all the dimensions on the rear bumper. He might be able to give ya the dimensions so you can make it yourself or have a welder do the work for ya. Give him a PM.

He has the info on it, but won't be making another one. I've asked. If I get a rear bumper, I'll have SS3 or someone local make one like Bruce's. The lines in it would go VERY nicely with the Sahara Bar up front.

I really like the looks of Bruce's too. I also like that he was able to use the stock tailgate sill-plate-plastic-thingy.

Trailcarnage has moved to Wisconsin. I haven't heard from him since he moved, so I don't know if he plans to make anymore rear bumpers.

jacksonpt, I haven't gotten around to writing up the autocad file for my bumper. It's very low on my list of things to do. If you go to my photo album at TundraSolutions, the link in my sig, you'll find a complete set of photo's of the actual build-up. A good fabricator should be able to re-create the bumper from those photos.

Moved to Wisconsin? Who would do a silly thing like that.

Schaefer sells one, it works. I would buy it if I had new junk to wheel.
