Wagner brake pads any good ?

I have wagner brake rotors on my 88. They were super ultra mega cheap, like $25 per rotor compared to $50-$100. They are made by federal-mogul which is the same company that makes Moog, Felpro, Champion, national oil seals, stuff like that. Not sure what to say about them, they stop my truck.
