Custom catback exhaust

I planning of getting a custom exhaust catback system i n a couple of days. Question I have is for the installation of the O2 sensor. The shop I talk is going to charge me $199 plus tax for the install, piping and Magnaflow muffler. He told me that he's going to cut the pipe a few inches after the O2 sensor and weld the new pipe in because it's a pain to remove the stock O2 sensor. Basically, he's not putting in a new bung on the new piping. What was the setup for you guys/gals who went the custom route? I did a search and nowhere did it mention about this . My rig is Federal Spec if that helps. By the way, it's not going to be Mandrel bent. Thanks.

George

Mandrel bent wouldn't make a diff at your horsepower level. Good price,I want to do an exhaust soon too.
