Holy crap I didn't know there were waxes out there that where much more expensive than Zaino. I was wrong...

Click here and roll over the various glazes and click on them to see their prices.

Vintage is the most expensive I see there at a price of $1511...ON SALE!!!

Guess when I get my future Ferrari, I'll need to use that stuff to make my car shine...hehe

It said this on the Vintage page about the Vintage wax:

"This container is refillable for life at no charge."

Uhhh...$1500 is a heck of a charge I would say.

Insane....I don't think I could ever spend that amount of money on wax.

Look at is this way...

If you're going to spend $265,000 for a Bugatti EB110 or $1,200,000 (low) for a McLaren F1, what's another $900 to keep it shiny?

I understand that. I just wonder who and how many folks have bought that stuff. I guess it's really not all that much compared to how much service and maintance is on those exotics.

Italian exotic car oil change & maintance =

Boy that's the truth. I know a guy who used to have a Ferrari F-355 Spider (he even let me drive it once ). His 12k service cost him $1300. But if you can cut a check for a $130,000 car....

Heck, it's not just the exotics either.

Several years ago, I almost bought a BMW 325i. The one thing that stopped me was the maintenance cost. A licensed BMW service center has to reset the maintenance timer lights after every oil change. If you do the work yourself, BMW will ding you $75 just to reset it. An oil change is $60 but includes the reset. Bah!

i've used their wax before...just not the super expensive kind. It's quite uh. nice. it's easy to use...and you can tell the difference when the wax is done it's work. not sure how super better the super expensive ones are..but even the cheaper bottle does its job very well.
