Greenwater anyone?

The rig is all shined up for this weekend. Spent a few hours this afternoon doin' the wash job and slatherin' the Endurance gel on the tires.
Lookin' good for a cruise.

But...the rig is beggin' to get out and play in some mud and creeks next weekend, or the one after.
I'd like to get out before the 4th.

Anyone game on doin' just some scouting for trails?
I'd like to try and explore some I have not been on before up there.

Cool, I also put this on the Calendar.

So does two weekends from now sound good?
That will be the weekend before the 4th of July.

Date update

Folk's, can we change this over to the following Saturday the 6th of July?
That will give more time to a few who are working on their rigs and who will also be out of town on this Saturday.

Paul, is there anyway you can get the 6th off? It's real hard for me to make any plans for Sundays like this as that day is always full of errands and running junior back home to his mom's, or to work.

?????

Hmmmmmm, perhaps we should see a show of here and see if it's worth going out this weekend, or perhaps wait until we can all get together for a bigger crowd to go?

Thoughts?

I'd like to attend and the 6th works for me.

Got a CB installed this week (at least well enough to see if the way I mounted it will be acceptable). As far as I can tell it works. I got a SWR meter and adjusted the antenna and it says I'm putting out some power when I key the mic. Its got some alternator whine (at least thats what I think it is according to what I've read) that I need to deal with, but it might be just barely tolerable for a day if I can't come up with a quick fix.

Let's Ride!

We're in !
Just bought a new Cherokee Model AH-27F hand held CB. 40-channel,4-Watt output. Not as good as an installed unit, but should get me by.
What time is everyone meeting at Safeway?
Are you running CB Channel 4?

I'll be at Safeway a little before 9 am hopefully.
Gotta force myself to get up and get ready :d
I'll have most of the stuff packed tonight.
Corey
PS, we'll have to try your CB out sometime tonight from your place to mine.

We're talking about Safeway in Enumclaw, right?

As you're coming from Auburn through town, you turn left onto Hwy 410 and its somewhere along that stretch of 410?

Yes, the Safeway right before you head out of town and start the long uphill climb to Greenwater.
